Stayed for 4 nights and was impressed by this small hotel. The rooms were tidy with new furniture, the staff were pleasant. There was modern interior. The location was marvellous, just a short walk away from Sheffield Winter Gardens and Millennium Galleries.

The location was excellent.
The fact that I was given a patronising sermon about arriving too early despite not arriving until after the 12.30 pm stated in the reservation. The fact that I was not able to pay by credit card bacause of a malfunction in the system and the only suggestion made was that I should go out and get cash if I didn't have any on me.

Helpful and professional hotel employees all round. Location right by the subway entrance at gran via is, the metro, casino shops and aerobus pickup point literally 10 minutes away and main attractions and restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Celicioso Hortaleza nearby.
